21 - Iron Girl South Africa.  Entries are now open and ladies from the age of 14 can get online and register to be part of the   fun and excitement.  Iron Girl South Africa is a 9.2km fun run along the Esplanade and is done in a fantastic spirit and atmosphere.  Athletes can tackle the race individually or as part of a mother-daughter team.  Each entrant receives a quality Iron Girl South Africa t-shirt and every finisher receives a unique medal and certificate.  Entry is R100 - go to www.irongirl.co.za to enter.
